Simple Installation
Connecting your Shopify store to your Mailchimp account is free, and couldn't be easier. All you need is a Shopify store, a Mailchimp account and about a minute. You will need the following things in order to install Chimpified:
- A Shopify store - Don't have a store?
- A Mailchimp account- Don't have an account?
- Your Mailchimp API key - Where do I find this?
Installation takes about a minute, and requires the following steps:
- Login to Chimpified
- Agree to installation terms
- Provide your Mailchimp API key
- Select the subscriber list(s) to connect your store to
- Choose your monthly plan
And that's it! Once installed, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan or uninstall Chimpified at any time.

Ecommerce 360 Integration
Chimpified integrates with Mailchimp's Ecommerce 360 tracking, providing information about the sales and conversions that your email campaigns are generating.
When you create your email marketing campaigns at Mailchimp, simply select the option to “Add Ecommerce 360 Tracking to all URLs” in your campaign.

When an order is placed at your store, Chimpified will try and determine if the order was generated from a marketing email campaign. If so, Chimpified will send information about the order to your Mailchimp account, where conversion and sales data will be available in your campaign reports.

Sync With Mailchimp
Shopify to Mailchimp: When an order is placed at your store, and your customer has opted to receive marketing materials from you, your customer's email address, first name and last name will be automatically added to the Mailchimp list(s) of your choice. Sending marketing materials to your customers and generating repeat business has never been easier.
Mailchimp to Shopify: Let's say that one of your customers decides that they do not want to receive any more emails from you, and clicks the “unsubscribe” link in your marketing email. Mailchimp will remove that person from your list, and Chimpified will attempt to update your Shopify store* to reflect your customers request to not receive any more marketing materials.
* NOTE: Due to a limitation imposed by the Shopify API, only the most recent 250 orders can be accessed by Chimpified. Older orders cannot be updated to reflect that a customer does not want to receive marketing materials.
You can still export your customer contact information directly from your Shopify store and import it into your Mailchimp lists at any time, assured that your lists are being kept clean and that unsubscribes are being preserved.
Compose Campaigns
Chimpified helps you to compose email campaigns quickly and easily by integrating with your Shopify store. When you install Chimpified, links will be added to your Shopify store admin allowing you to create campaigns to promote your products, collections, blogs and pages.

You can even use your own templates, so that your email campaigns are branded to your business. Don't have a custom, branded template? No problem, you can easily create a template in Mailchimp, and it will automatically be available for use with Chimpified.
